Between March and December we offer quail meat and eggs for sale to the public. Quail is a lean, dark meat, great for roasting or grilling. Quail eggs are delicious hard boiled, fried, scrambled, or added to your favorite baking recipe. Remember that three quail eggs roughly substitute for one chicken egg in a recipe.
